Deion introduced PrimeTime to the world during his five seasons in Atlanta, earning three First-Team All-Pro and intercepting 24 passes. He became a hired assassin for the San Francisco defense for the 1994 season.

It was Sanders’ best as he won the 1994 NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year when he intercepted six balls and returned three of them for scores, two of which were over 90 yards.

He intercepted two passes in three playoffs games, including one in the 49ers 49-26 Super Bowl 29 victory. 1994 was his lone season in The Bay. He signed a seven-year contract with the Cowboys the following year.
